By the moms, For the moms

Mom Relaunch Foundation was started by Reena Gupta, a technopreneur, author and work-life harmony coach, with a clear and unwavering mission - to prioritize financial independence for all women. Hiring a stay-at-home mom as her first employee left a big impression on Reena, and she knew that someday she would do more to help women and the underutilized talent pool. Reena founded Mom Relaunch Foundation, to nurture and mentor women reentering the workforce.

Mom Relaunch welcomes all women, regardless of educational level or prior work experience. We recognise the obstacles that moms face - a lack of good guidance and clarity, loss of confidence, lack of support, and unconscious bias. We provide a nurturing environment for women to build their confidence to succeed across all touchpoints - from job readiness skills training, certifications, getting hands-on experience, mind and body wellness, and mentorship by industry experts and peers.

We envision a world where every mom is empowered to help other moms achieve success through a supportive, nurturing community.

Reena Gupta is an entrepreneur, author and a philanthropist. She is an active contributor to her local community, engaging in various roles and initiatives to make a positive impact. She is passionate about nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset among youth, empowering them to unlock their potential and pursue their dreams. Growing up in a big joint family in India, Reena learned the power of collective growth. She achieved entrepreneurial success by establishing two companies, Avankia and TargetRecruit. But it was hiring a stay-at-home mom as her first employee that truly inspired her. This experience led her to start Mom Relaunch Foundation, dedicated to mentoring and supporting women reentering the workforce. Leveraging her expertise, she authored the book "Career Interrupted," a valuable resource offering guidance on balancing career, wellness, and relationships.

After a dedicated career break of 2 years, during which they passionately pursued knowledge of the nonprofit sector, this professional has adeptly honed skills in finance operations, accounting, and leadership. As a pivotal figure in the Mom Relaunch Foundation's team, she orchestrated the complete accounting transition from for-profit to nonprofit. Her journey encompasses successful team leadership, CRM marketing strategy, and cross-functional management in respected Brazilian banks. Ethical, empathetic, and accountable, Maria's problem-solving and analytical mindset fuels confident decision-making.

Shruti brings expertise in staff management and relationship building across diverse sectors, including BPO, hospitality, and education.
