By the moms, For the moms
Mom Relaunch Foundation was started by Reena Gupta, a technopreneur, author and work-life harmony coach, with a clear and unwavering mission - to prioritize financial independence for all women. Hiring a stay-at-home mom as her first employee left a big impression on Reena, and she knew that someday she would do more to help women and the underutilized talent pool. Reena founded Mom Relaunch Foundation, to nurture and mentor women reentering the workforce.
Mom Relaunch welcomes all women, regardless of educational level or prior work experience. We recognise the obstacles that moms face - a lack of good guidance and clarity, loss of confidence, lack of support, and unconscious bias. We provide a nurturing environment for women to build their confidence to succeed across all touchpoints - from job readiness skills training, certifications, getting hands-on experience, mind and body wellness, and mentorship by industry experts and peers.
We envision a world where every mom is empowered to help other moms achieve success through a supportive, nurturing community.
Reena Gupta
Reena Gupta is an entrepreneur, author and a philanthropist. She is an active contributor to her local community, engaging in various roles and initiatives to make a positive impact. She is passionate about nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset among youth, empowering them to unlock their potential and pursue their dreams. Growing up in a big joint family in India, Reena learned the power of collective growth. She achieved entrepreneurial success by establishing two companies, Avankia and TargetRecruit. But it was hiring a stay-at-home mom as her first employee that truly inspired her. This experience led her to start Mom Relaunch Foundation, dedicated to mentoring and supporting women reentering the workforce. Leveraging her expertise, she authored the book "Career Interrupted," a valuable resource offering guidance on balancing career, wellness, and relationships.

Maria Cecilia Armando Chaer
After a dedicated career break of 2 years, during which they passionately pursued knowledge of the nonprofit sector, this professional has adeptly honed skills in finance operations, accounting, and leadership. As a pivotal figure in the Mom Relaunch Foundation's team, she orchestrated the complete accounting transition from for-profit to nonprofit. Her journey encompasses successful team leadership, CRM marketing strategy, and cross-functional management in respected Brazilian banks. Ethical, empathetic, and accountable, Maria's problem-solving and analytical mindset fuels confident decision-making.
Shruti Mahindru
Shruti brings expertise in staff management and relationship building across diverse sectors, including BPO, hospitality, and education. Her journey has been marked by engagement in multifaceted roles across various functions, cultures, and geographies, encompassing operations, training, quality, and transition.
Currently, leveraging her diverse experience and skill set as a PMO at Mom Relaunch, an organization dedicated to reintegrating talented mothers into the workforce while championing a culture of diversity and workplace equality. She is responsible for Monitoring & controlling project performance, Resource Management, Provide Governance and Reporting, Facilitate interdepartmental coordination & Promote project management culture with the organization

Scott Jorgensen
Scott Jorgensen, a distinguished leader in technology innovation, previously co-founded the Salesforce Ignite innovation program, developed the CIO Advisory Board, and launched Solution Engineering for the Small Business Essentials segment. At Salesforce, he also advised the Salesforce Accelerate program, supporting startups and entrepreneurs in leveraging the Salesforce platform to scale their ISV businesses. Currently, As Chief Product & Innovation Officer at ScaleWith, Scott leads the development of cloud-based solutions in Marketing, Sales, and Procurement, integrating CSR and social impact into core business functions. A passionate advocate for equality and diversity, Scott supports the Mom Relaunch Foundation, helping mothers re-enter the workforce, and demonstrates his commitment to creating inclusive opportunities in the tech industry.
Mike Kreaden
Mike Kreaden is a passionate startup advisor with over 35 years of experience in enterprise software. His career in technology evangelism is centered around platforms that profoundly impact the way we create, manage, and share information. His professional journey includes significant contributions to the Macintosh platform (1987-1995), the Internet and early ASPs (1995-2001), and the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (2002-2022). Mike's personal mission is to accelerate success for startups targeting the Salesforce ecosystem. He also supports the mission of Mom Relaunch, aiding mothers in re-entering the workforce and promoting diversity in the tech industry.

Erica Kuhl has over 20 years of Enterprise community expertise. Formerly VP Community at Salesforce she built everything from scratch from strategy and programs to metrics & ROI. She understands running community programs on any size budget & with any size team big or small. She's also seen massive company growth from 176 to 49,000 employees allowing her to adapt strategies & deeply understand challenges at any stage.
