Recently certified as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM201). Backed up with over 8 years of software experience in PeopleSoft CRM at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Have a good understanding of Salesforce Data Security (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles and Permissions), Automation tools (Workflow, Process Builder), Reporting tools, including Salesforce Lightning Experience. Also possess good knowledge of Sales and Service processes.

Have thorough understanding and experience of various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a CRM Techno Functional Consultant at TCS, my primary responsibilities included business requirement analysis, solution design and development using PeopleSoft technologies, preparing test scripts and performing unit and integration testing. I have worked with several clients, namely, Apple Inc., Canon ITS, Hutchison Austria and Hutchison Sweden, with onsite roles in Austria and Sweden projects.
