I currently work as a sales manager and coach for 33 national accounts and 84 sales professionals at Power Selling Pros. I was recently voted by my peers and management team as “Best Relationship Builder” for my ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. I have grown my market significantly and love the scope of my responsibilities. I have a reputation as a closer, a fearless goal-setter and am highly skilled in personal management. I am an expert in IS sales management software, webinars, phone coaching and am loved and respected by the team I manage. I frequently help my owners in the hiring of talent for their companies and understand intricately the challenges owners face recruiting, managing and retaining hourly employees. I use a simple strategy with these owners. I listen, show empathy, resolve their concerns, build the value my products bring and close the sale. I have vast experience in sales, marketing, and management and served for over a decade as the Chairman of the Board for a charter school district in the Salt Lake area. I enjoyed great success as I guided the growth of a K-6 school into four thriving campuses with a stellar reputation in the state of Utah. This opportunity allowed me to become highly networked in the community where I spoke at many conferences, enjoyed wonderful relationships with parents, legislators, local Mayors, city councils, Senators and State Representatives. I started four schools from the ground up and was known as a sales and marketing genius for my ability to promote my brand and close investors. I generated over $63 million in private funding through traditional and unconventional sales strategies.

I also took on the challenge of working as a campaign manager for some of the most respected legislators in the State of Utah. I enjoy a 100% win and earned the nickname, “The Unsinkable Holly Brown” for my ability to employ highly ethical “guerilla” marketing to get things done.  I love challenges! I love a high degree of competition and results-driven enterprise.
