    Clients: School Districts of SC, TX, AZ, MA, NY, CA, MN & Mexico.

    Completed the full cycle implementation of Schoology LMS, starting
    with creating the client environment, scheduling data provisioning and
    technical call, assisting them questions on using the system, error
    fixing until closing the project.
    Responsible for determining client needs and making appropriate
    recommendations for current and future value-added services,
    products etc.
    Assist with district/school configuration, process mapping, district data
    migration, reconciliation of customer satisfaction issues, clarification of
    customer requirements and stats/steering meetings
    Acted as SME for the designated system area.
    Liaise with school district officers on phone, email, virtual zoom call to
    set project and software expectations and provided status updates
    regarding project work.
    Serve as a project team lead, guiding the work of internal and client
    teams while ensuring responsiveness to customer needs.
    Develop relationships and work with key District and School
    stakeholders to identify and articulate project goals and objectives.
    Communicate project status and changes to project plans to the
    organization.
    Act as liaison on customer’s behalf to internal business units (e.g.,
    sales, business operations, implementation, product education,
    technical support).
    Peer Training & Support within our company by imparting application
    knowledge and documentation.
